1. Age Restrictions
Open to all ages

(Ages under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.)

The accompanying parent or guardians will not be required to have the same ticket as the child. Parents or guardians accompanying a VIP ticket holder will enter the same time as them, however, they will be asked to wait at the back of the venue until the Hi Touch & Photo event is over. (same applies to Snapshot event)

2. Hi Touch and Photo Event
You will Hi Touch Bang Yongguk followed by having your photo taken in groups of 5

STRICTLY NO RECORDING ALLOWED DURING HI-TOUCH AND PHOTO EVENT.

Hugging the artist is strictly prohibited. Please respect the rules and the artist.

Photos will be posted on Facebook Photos or via a link on Google Drive, which will be provided at the end of the Tour.

3. Snapshot Event
You will pick a pose(s) out of the options provided in advance, please hand your phone to our member of staff and pose for the photo(s) 1 to 1.

STRICTLY NO RECORDING ALLOWED DURING SNAPSHOT EVENT.

Hugging the artist is strictly prohibited. Please respect the rules and the artist. NO OTHER POSES are permitted, our staff are at discretion to not take the photo.

Photos will be taken on your own mobile phone, please ensure you have enough battery and storage on your phone.

4. Numbering & Lining Up
There will be no official Numbering, please do not camp overnight.

5. Gifts
Please note that we cannot accept gifts. However, letters are welcome and will be placed into a box.

6. Light sticks
Official light sticks are allowed. Please be considerate about all guests around yourself when waving light sticks.

7. Fan Projects
Please find the respective countries social media pages for Bang Yongguk or collectively collaborate in order to create a group fan project for 1-3 ideas. Projects must be submitted 17/06/2023 to OfficialKevents by FB message for the approval of 1 to 2 projects.
